Hi I’m Darren! As the Divisional Manager for Engage Education’s South West London team, I bring over a decade of dedicated experience connecting educators with schools across the region. While my primary focus is on the London borough of Merton, my reach extends beyond London, covering key areas such as Cambridge and parts of Luton. I lead a team of skilled consultants, ensuring that every London borough within the South West area is well-supported.

Starting my journey with Engage Education as a trainee consultant, I’ve grown alongside the company, earning the trust of both candidates and clients through my commitment to delivering a seamless recruitment experience. My passion for education and recruitment remains as strong today as it was when I first began. There’s nothing more rewarding than placing the right candidate in their ideal role, and I strive to make that happen every day.

Outside of work, I’m a proud dad to a 7-year-old boy, and before my career in education recruitment, I served as a Royal Marines Commando. This experience has instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, resilience, and the importance of teamwork—qualities that I bring to my professional role.
