Engage Education is honestly a fantastic agency to work with. I started off working with them as a TA and, after my PGCE, as a teacher. Both have been good experiences as they work with many amazing schools and take your wishes into account, such as wanting to work with specific year groups or a particular setting. But what I really appreciated the most is that they have friendly, approachable consultants. Simon and Parth have supported me a lot with my journey in teaching. Some days can be tough as a new teacher; however, they have been really encouraging, checking up on me to see how things are going, and providing me work in the best schools in the area.
