Policy development & review
Engage Education’s policies are established by our senior leadership team, which includes our CEO, CTO, Managing Director, Head of Education & Safeguarding and Head of Marketing, based on advice from HR professionals, industry best practices and legal advice, and in consultation with our Head of HR, HR advisory consultants and the REC. We review our policies regularly, as needed, to adapt to changes.

Engage Partners Group, incorporating Engage Education, Engage Services and SupplyNow (“we”, “us”, “our”), is committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal data fairly, lawfully and transparently. We retain data only as long as necessary. For candidates and clients, we typically retain information for two years of inactivity, unless legal or safeguarding requirements oblige longer retention.
Archived data is stored securely with restricted access.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

Subject Access Request (SAR)
Email GDPR@engagepartners.co.uk with your full name and date of birth. We will respond within 30 days.
Right to be forgotten
Email GDPR@engagepartners.co.uk. Where legally permitted, we delete your data within 72 hours.
11. Closing your Engage account
To close your portal or app account, email GDPR@engage-education.com. Some data may be retained where required by law or regulation.
12. CCTV
Our offices use CCTV for security. Footage is retained for a limited period and may be provided to law enforcement, as permitted by law.
13. Third-party websites
Our websites may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
