Engage Education really gives you so much opportunity to develop in your career. They give guidance and clear progression opportunities to all, especially to those who show commitment and loyalty to the business. Obviously, this does not come without hard work but when the results are shown you are rewarded well. Being here just over the year I have been on trips to Dublin, Epsom Derby and the Investors awards … also not to mention I was made a lord for making placing the most UK candidates which is probably the highlight of my career here! The training at Engage is outstanding and is constantly followed up on to make sure we maintain our credibility with our candidates and clients. I would highly recommend joining Engage if you are willing to learn and prepared to work hard to reach your future goals as well as enjoying all the rewards that come with it.
I joined Engage in September 2015 as a trainee recruitment consultant. As expected the role has presented many ups and downs, however, I truly believe Engage offered excellent training and support throughout my journey which has allowed me to grow as a consultant.
As a company, they have listened to my concerns and given clear guidelines on how to progress and develop as a recruiter. Alongside the professional aspect of Engage, there is also a great social life, they recruit consultants based on personality which has, in turn, generated a great camaraderie amongst the team. I would recommend Engage Education to anyone looking to enter the Education recruitment sector, whether an experienced consultant or someone looking for their first role in recruitment.
“I started with Engage Education in February 2013 with no previous recruitment experience. Engage Education provided me with all the training required to achieve and exceed my target. The training academy was very good, with great resources and support throughout. I found this training period very beneficial and would recommend working for Engage Education to anyone. Working as an Education Consultant is rewarding with each day bringing a new challenge. The benefits of working with Engage Education are great. Your hard work is always noticed and rewarded. Progression has been transparent throughout my time here and has seen me progress into a leadership position.”
