Grace at Engage Education is absolutely incredible! She took her time to get to know me and what I was looking for and has found me my dream job! I couldn’t be more grateful! She checked in with me regularly, helped me with my interview skills and found something that was perfect for me. She made me feel so comfortable with my career change! Gave me all the confidence and training I needed, I felt so prepared. I would recommend anyone who’s looking for a job in education to use engage and ask for her services!

Ruth G.
I tentatively started my supply journey in January as I needed a day off a week for study. Brigid was recommended to me by two colleagues and she was known to one of my previous schools. "Don't worry, we'll call Brigid" was the usual cry if someone rang in sick! Brigid listened to what I needed and my preferred ages to work with. She set me up for a "job-share" supply post in a lovely school and also a regular day a week in another great school. I also had one day a week working wherever I was needed, the vast majority of these being booked in advance. Wow! What a fantastic experience it has been. I've visited some great schools and met some lovely adults and children. Above all this though - Brigid! I refer to her as "my handler" but she is so much more! She is super organised and appears to work every hour of the day! She has answered daft questions and made sure I knew exactly where I was going, what time I needed to be there, which year group I would be in and who I would be meeting. I was so nervous before I started. Would I have enough work? Oh yes - most definitely! How would I manage walking into a school "cold" and working with a strange class? Surprisingly ok - but it did make me realise that I prefer to be pre-booked. Brigid has been a key part of this great experience for me. She has been so reassuring, kind and patient. If I meet another supply from Engage, I say "Brigid?" and then we have a "Isn't Brigid great?" session! She really is an asset to the company. Oh, the other question I had was around money - she has paid a fair amount for the day's work, is all I can say - I have been happy with what I have been paid and it appears to be appropriate - she was also very upfront about what I would be paid and how I would be paid. Engage Education - do not let Brigid go! She's super and keeps her schools and her supply staff so happy!
