What we’ll cover

In 15 minutes, we can usually cover:

  • How the framework works in plain terms — what RM6376 is, who it’s for, and how to use it
  • The September 2026 trust mandate — what it requires and how to demonstrate compliance
  • Capped supplier fees — what’s included, what’s not, and how to compare against your current spend
  • The two routes (award without competition vs. award with competition) and which one fits your situation

If your situation is more complex — for example, a multi-school trust planning a managed service procurement — a 30-minute call works better. We’ll suggest that on the booking confirmation if your needs warrant it.

What to bring (optional)

You don’t need to prepare anything. But if you have any of the following to hand, the call will be more useful:

  • A rough sense of your current annual supply staff spend
  • The names of any agencies you currently work with
  • The kind of roles you typically book — teachers, support staff, specialist roles
  • Any specific questions or concerns about your current arrangements
What happens after you book
  • You’ll get a confirmation email with the call details and a calendar invite.
  • The day before the call, you’ll get a brief reminder email with the dial-in details.
  • On the call, one of our framework specialists will walk through whatever you’d find most useful — we’ll have read your booking form before the call so you don’t need to repeat the basics.
  • After the call, we’ll send a short follow-up with any links or documents you asked for.

That’s it. If after the call you’d like to take things further, we’ll suggest the next sensible step. If not, no follow-up calls, no sales sequences. We’d rather be useful than pushy.
