We met about 4 years ago and since then I have had numerous communications with Tesh either on the phone or e-mail. I have met him in person a couple of times too. I have found him to be friendly and helpful, and able to really understand the needs of the school to provide the right candidates. We have a good working relationship, he is excellent at keeping in touch and ensuring he knows what the latest recruitment needs of the school are. We have made some great appointments here over the last few years thanks to Tesh.

I was new to post in January and Millie has given the most efficient support for on-boarding to the oversight of the online tutoring process. No question has remained unanswered and her efficient and professional manner is commendable.

I would like to share my reflections on the work Jamie has done to support Hayes School in recruiting candidates for short-term positions and temporary daily cover. We have met with Jamie and he has a good understanding of the school, our needs and the calibre of candidates we are looking to recruit. He organised a full day of international candidates to interview for a range of subject positions and was in constant communication in respect of an international candidate we have appointed to a role and sponsored to work in the UK. He has advocated for our school in discussion with candidates and in respect of day-to-day cover has been easy to contact and has been quick to communicate whether he has candidates available or not available for cover, which is what is needed in the morning first thing when managing staff absence.

I have worked with Beth over the past year when we have required supply Teaching & Learning Assistants.  Beth is very friendly and helpful and will go out of her way to find the right candidate for our school.  Beth has always provided us with high-quality staff, one of which has now been employed by us after a successful interview.  Beth has supplied us with both short-term and long-term supply often at very short notice.  It has been a pleasure working with Beth.

Millie at Engage Education has been quick to respond when needing to fill long-term cover requirements for the school. Millie takes the time to understand our needs and what we want so that the candidates she assigns to our school are best suited for the temporary positions but are also well located to the school for ease of travel so that both parties benefit. I’ve recommended her service to other cover managers across our school trust.
