We have worked with Simon Whitcombe from Engage Education for the past 3 years, having previously worked with several other agencies. Simon has always worked very hard to support us in finding high quality teaching and support personnel. Through Engage we have found some excellent teachers, who are now permanent members of staff. Simon is professional yet friendly and always goes the extra mile for us and I have recommended him to other colleagues as a provider of a really good service.

Engage has been a wonderful agency to work for. I had some trouble with a previous agency, but luckily for me Engage was there to support me and make sure that I was being treated fairly. Through Engage, I was able to work at Three Bridges Primary School. This is an incredible place, with teachers from all around the world who are passionate about their work with children. Through being a regular supply teacher at 3B, I was then able to get a role as a full time classroom teacher. Working at the school was the best thing I could have ever done for my career. I worked with truly outstanding teachers and support staff, who welcomed me into their big 3B family. It was at 3B that I discovered my passion for working with children in need and it has now lead me to studying my masters. If it weren’t for Simon and Engage, I would never have met the amazing people I did and my experience in the UK would simply not have been the same. Thank you Simon and Engage.

The whole process of recruitment with Engage was thorough and supportive. The iday was a brilliant opportunity to meet lots of candidates and work out who was best for our school. It was also a wonderful day out! Lovely food, venue and people. The follow up interview and observation in school meant we were able to make a well-informed decision and be sure that we had a good match before making any offers. Working with Engage as an agency has been a very positive and happy experience here for us at Pinkwell and a huge part of this is down to Nichelle.
