working with Nicole on the NTP for almost a year

I have been working with Nicole on the NTP for almost a year, first with the provision of some two in-school maths tutors and then with the delivery of online tuition this academic year. Nicole has an impressive ability to source good candidates, whether it be for tuition or for supply roles, and this was very evident in her provision of the two maths tutors we used for in-school tuition in the summer term of 2021-22; they were both excellent tutors who made a real difference to the students they worked with. I also appreciated the breakdown of NTP spending which was helpful in saving me some work.
I have also been pleased with the tutors Nicole has found for the NTP this year, particularly the Science and Maths tutors, and in her management of the tutors.
Nicole is responsive when there is a problem, and we have worked through several together. She has also been flexible and understanding in the lack of time I have and has adapted her own way of working to support with this.

I have been going to Grace Lampard as my primary source of supply staff for around three years. Grace has taken the time to really understand our school and its needs and so I can rely on her to provide us with high-quality and appropriate staff. Grace always replies to my emails and questions incredibly quickly even if these are sent outside working hours or on weekends – and during her maternity leave! I value the relationship I have with Grace as I know she works hard to meet our needs and our communication is efficient and effective.
