Millie Hunt is incredibly responsive and engaged. One of the hardest parts of school leadership actually comes in the operational day-to-day running of the school, with staff absence often at short notice. Millie has always been there with candidates ready to fill the gaps. She is also very good at forward planning, preempting the provision need often before we do, and offering candidate availability in advance. We feel that we have developed a good working relationship with Mille and would, as a result, turn to Engage Education for our supply needs. 

Joe has been working with me since 2021 helping to provide our school with long and short-term supply teachers. He is always professional, approachable and listens to our requirements so he can provide the best candidate for the positions we have available. Joe answers emails and phone calls promptly which has made him my first go to when I have the need to book in supply.

I am pleased to provide a testimonial about the support I have received from Nicole Dunbar, recruitment consultant with Engage, since taking up the post of headteacher of Onslow St Audrey’s School in September 2022.

I had previously worked with Nicole at St Clement Danes School where I was deputy headteacher (curriculum).  At Onslow St Audrey’s Nicole has helped me successfully recruit five teachers from overseas across a range of subjects.  The calibre of recruits has been high and Nicole and her team provide a good service.  They are always open to how things can be improved and we are currently looking at negotiating a service level agreement with Engage across the Danes Educational Trust to cement our professional partnership.

As well as providing us with regular supply staff, Jess has really worked hard to help us fill vacancies in school, particularly posts which have required a specific skill set. She has taken time to get to know us and our school and understand our priorities and as a result, we have recruited staff who have proved to be a great team fit for us. Having staff with the right approach and attitude for working with our children is key when recruiting, and Jess has understood this.

Ben and Chris have both been extremely helpful in all respects, including advising me on the registration process and securing suitable work. They are very good at communicating both by email and phone.  They respond quickly and provide regular updates. The best agency I have dealt with and I always enjoy our chats.

I applied for a job through Engage just over a week ago and as of yesterday, I now have a job because of them. Hannah and Mia worked collectively on finding me a job that suits my qualifications and specialities as well as supporting me through every step of the application process and interview. They have been so productive and helpful, I’m really amazed at how quickly I have found a job.
