Meet the team

Our dedicated SEND team is based in our London office, and together they have over 40 years of experience working within SEND. They work with both special schools and mainstream schools with SEND requirements to meet their specific, often complex needs.

What we do

SEND roles we regularly recruit for:

  • SEND Teachers
  • SENDCos
  • Learning Support Assistants (LSA)
  • Teaching Assistants (TA)
  • Speech & Language Therapists (SaLT) and TAs
  • Occupational Therapists
  • PRU teaching and support staff

We source candidates who have specific experience with:

  • Learning difficulties (PMLD, SLD, SpLD, MLD)
  • Social and behavioural difficulties
  • Mental health conditions
  • Visual impairments
  • Hearing impairments
  • Physical disabilities

We work with a range of Schools, such as:

  • Schools for sensory impaired pupils
  • Schools for disabled pupils
  • Schools for pupils with learning disabilities
  • Pupil Referral Units
  • Mainstream schools with pupils with EHCPs
  • Mainstream schools with pupils who need extra support

Team Teach

Team Teach training provides de-escalation strategies any physical intervention techniques to support teaching, learning and caring in both SEND and mainstream settings. Our in-house Team Teach trainers from the SEND team are able to offer full Team Teach training for schools, teachers and support staff. We run Team Teach training events every half term.
