Grace Lampard
I’m Grace, I am a Senior SEND Consultant who recruits for East and North West London. I have been at Engage for almost 3 years. I spend my days recruiting specialist SEND candidates and assisting them into the most amazing roles within schools both specialist SEND schools and SEND ARPs (additionally resourced provisions within mainstream schools) such as; Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Mentors and Tutors.
The area of SEND that I specialise in is Social, Emotional Mental Health. Working at Engage does not feel like work, we are one big family who supports and elevate each other, we have in-house competitions, get great incentives and have offices in Ireland, Canada and South Africa.
Being a SEND consultant means I get to speak to incredible people, visit incredible schools and also learn an incredible amount on a daily basis. I absolutely adore my job and I work with the best team in the world – I am one lucky girl!
A few facts about me…I graduated in Education and Childhood Studies in 2016, I’ve been on TV and just recently applied to beat a Guinness World Record, so I am hoping to have a framed certificate on my wall very soon!
