Grace Lampard

I have been going to Grace Lampard as my primary source of supply staff for around three years. Grace has taken the time to really understand our school and its needs and so I can rely on her to provide us with high-quality and appropriate staff. Grace always replies to my emails and questions incredibly quickly even if these are sent outside working hours or on weekends - and during her maternity leave! I value the relationship I have with Grace as I know she works hard to meet our needs and our communication is efficient and effective.

We opened a new Autism ARP in January 2020 and required an additional Teaching Assistant to support the needs of the children.  Grace had contacted the school before this and had come in to visit to discuss how her agency could support with supply staff and I found her to be really approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. I have been working with Grace from Engage now for the last year and have found her quick to respond to any calls or emails and very supportive to our needs. She is able to match staff well to the school and what we require and as a result, we currently have two long term members of supply staff from Engage that work within our ARP. We have found them to be very professional and reliable and have fitted into our school well. We have recently had a large number of children with complex needs join our mainstream classrooms and Grace has arranged for Teaching Assistants to come into school to support with this. They have been an amazing support for the children and staff in school and have enthusiastically taken on quite a challenging role. I would have no hesitation in recommending Engage and Grace for any SEND supply needs!

Let me just say its so refreshing to work with such an efficient agency with efficient staffs. Grace is the best consultant in the whole company! I literally started and within a week got offered an amazing placement full time in a local school right next to me!
