"We opened a new Autism ARP in January 2020 and required an additional Teaching Assistant to support the needs of the children. Grace had contacted the school before this and had come in to visit to discuss how her agency could support with supply staff, and I found her to be really approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. I have been working with Grace from Engage now for the last year and have found her quick to respond to any calls or emails and very supportive of our needs. She is able to match staff well to the school, and what we require and as a result, we currently have two long-term members of supply staff from Engage that work within our ARP.
