Hey I’m Scarlett, an Education Consultant at Engage Education, mainly working with mainstream Primary and Secondary schools across North London and Hertfordshire.
I have been working in Education Recruitment since 2023 and I love working in the industry with Primary and Secondary schools because no two days are the same and the competition is exciting. I learn something new every day, which drives me to work harder and keeps me motivated. I am very passionate about helping others and making a difference.
I have come from a customer service background where I have been able to transfer over many skills and experiences. I spent most of my childhood as a Gymnast and Dancer, where I competed in many competitions across the UK and in some great countries.
