Supporting The Eastern Multi-Academy Trust With Their Staffing
As part of our commitment to support academies in Norfolk and Suffolk, we entered into a preferred supplier agreement with the Eastern Multi-Academy Trust in June 2020. The Eastern Multi-Academy Trust supports Primary and Secondary Academies in the East of England.
The Academies within Eastern Multi-Academy Trust support one another, they collaborate to achieve better outcomes and recognise differences in their approaches. Their values and vision are based on four words: empower, motivate, aspire, and transform. With over 15 years of experience supporting schools in the region and a local office, we’re perfectly placed to support this trust.
We joined forces with Eastern Multi-Academies Trust as a CCS supplier to help with their longer-term recruitment – which meant the trust only looked to partner with recruitment agencies who were accepted onto the CCS Framework back in 2018.
The agreement covers all of the following schools: Admirals Academy, Diamond Academy, Eastgate Academy, Emneth Academy, Glade Academy, Nelson Academy, North Wootton Academy, Norwich Road Academy, Queensway Infant Academy & Nursery, Raleigh Academy, Southery Academy, Upwell Academy, West Row Academy, King Edward Vll Academy, Kings Lynn Academy.
CCS Framework & Eastern Multi-Academy Trust
The CCS Framework was launched by the Cabinet Office and Department for Education in 2018 to provide transparency of costs, control supply teacher spend as well as introducing standardised terms and conditions across education recruitment and establish a consistent approach to safeguarding and compliance. At Engage, we’re proud to be named as a supplier on the agreement, highlighting our commitment to fair, compliant and efficient recruitment practices. Find out more about the CCS Framework here.
There are loads of benefits of working with a CCS approved supplier for your staffing, including:
- Stringent background checks and safeguarding to DfE Keeping Children Safe in Education standards
- Suppliers are audited and accredited to demonstrate best-practice standards in education recruitment
- Free transfer to permanent after 12 weeks
- Nominated workers: find an agency to put a worker you want to hire on their payroll
- Consistent, pre-negotiated terms and conditions & a simple order form
- Complete transparency of costs
Joining a preferred supplier list involves a meticulous tendering process – it’s important that agencies can prove they’ll be able to deal with the capacities needed for staffing the schools within the framework, as well as meeting a number of compliance obligations.
We work hard to make sure we exceed all compliance requirements for education recruitment agencies. We’re REC audited and compliant with all government legislation and guidelines.
