I am a Partnership Manager, my focus is on building those relationships at a deeper level. I connect schools with talented staff, helping them achieve their long-term goals and, ultimately, make a difference for their students. I’m big on collaboration, long-term thinking, and making sure every school I work with feels supported and valued.

I’ve been working in recruitment for four years, specialising in building long-term partnerships with schools to provide outstanding SEND support. Education has always been a passion of mine. Having spent ten years as a PE teacher before moving into recruitment, I witnessed firsthand the impact that the right staff can have on a school community. That experience inspired me to transition into education recruitment, where I could continue making a difference, this time by helping schools find exceptional people who change students’ lives. Working closely with SEND schools has taught me that the most successful partnerships are built on trust, communication, and a genuine understanding of each school’s unique needs. I take pride in offering a personal, consultative approach that supports both staff and schools to thrive.

I’m 34 years old and have a genuine passion for education and people. Outside of work, I play touch rugby at a competitive level, which keeps me active, driven, and team-focused, qualities I also bring to my professional life.
