A teacher should always be growing their teaching practice, and CPD is an important part of that process. A commitment to your Continued Professional Development (CPD) helps to develop your personal and professional qualities whilst improving your knowledge and skills.
We are committed to investing in teachers and their training, and developed our comprehensive CPD programme to be free for all teachers to attend – whether you have worked with Engage or not.
Our CPD programme is delivered by education experts and is tailored to the needs of our candidates and schools. The events cover relevant topics based on the time of year and can also be informed by any feedback we have received.
Our free CPD sessions cover high-level education topics, including:
(Some teachers also qualify for a place on our Team Teach CPD or Graduate Teacher Training courses.)
The Engage CPD programme is designed to help retain teachers to the profession and positively affect the quality of learning by assisting you to meet your ambitions as a teacher and build your support and confidence.
We have networking events after our CPD sessions to provide an opportunity for teachers to socialise with each other, making new friends and professional connections.
To get involved with our CPD programme, you can check out our events page, get in touch, or register with us. Our consultants will be happy to work with you in developing your teaching career and abilities.
If you’re a teacher or a member of support staff, register today to find out how Engage can support your professional development and give you the assistance you need to reach the next stage of your career.
If you’re looking to join us at a CPD session or another Engage event, you can browse our upcoming events or just get in touch to ask.
