I always felt that he acted in my best interests. I really enjoyed my time working with the agency.

Ive been with Engage since Oct 2025 - April 2026 and overall very happy and impressed with the agency! The onboarding was smooth, and I was provided supply work 5 days a week for a vast majority of the time! Paul and Mia were both lovely and supportive throughout my time with the agency. They would contact to check-in on how I was doing generally, also ensuring I went back to schools that I got on really well at, and respected that there were schools I didn't get on well at. All schools I was sent to were within a reasonable distance for someone relying on public transport which was great! Never had any issues around pay. I would highly recommend any teacher interested in supply to consider Engage!
