Hey, I’m Mia! I joined Engage in 2020 working with schools in Brighton and the surrounding areas. Having grown up and attended school in Brighton and Hove I feel confident that my expertise in this area helps candidates make informed decisions on their roles. I am proud to have built strong and trustworthy relationships with both clients and candidates and to have been a sole supplier for all staffing needs. I feel most fulfilled within my role when using my experience and knowledge to match clients with candidates that meet their requirements and expectations, allowing candidates to reach their career goals in a role they love. I take huge pride in my work and reputation and provide an advisory and supportive wraparound service to all.
