Hello! I’m Paul.

I’m proud to be the Manager here at Engage, working with an outstanding team with over 45 years of industry experience between us. Personally, I began working in education recruitment in 2006 and have spent those years developing long-standing client and candidate relationships that I’m immensely proud of.

Headteachers and senior leaders in the area know me well and I’d like to think I have built a strong rapport with them over the years. I take my roles as both a manager and a recruiter very seriously and seeing staff members and candidates flourish in their roles give me great satisfaction. My team and I work hard and fast to find the best possible candidates for our client schools and we look forward to helping you find the perfect role in the future.
