Reception Teaching Assistant Required for Primary School in Morden

About the role:
At Engage Education, we’re currently looking for a dedicated Reception Teaching Assistant to work full-time at a welcoming, forward-thinking primary school in Morden, starting in early May.

You will be joining a supportive Early Years team, working in a nurturing and engaging environment with excellent facilities. The school is committed to ensuring all pupils have the best possible start to their education, with a strong focus on development, wellbeing, and early learning.

If you are passionate about supporting young children at the beginning of their school journey and enjoy working in a creative, play-based learning environment, we would love to hear from you.

The ideal applicant will be:

• Experienced working with Early Years or Reception-aged children
• A qualified Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or 3 preferred, but not essential)
• Knowledgeable about the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic about supporting children’s development
• Able to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
