Reception Teaching Assistant Required for School in Merton

About the role:
At Engage Education, we are currently looking for a dedicated and nurturing Reception Teaching Assistant for a fantastic Primary School in Merton. This is a role to start on 1st May.

The school has built a supportive and enthusiastic team and is committed to the development of both staff and pupils. This role will involve supporting children in the Early Years setting, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. If you have a passion for working with young children and supporting their early development, we’d love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate has:

• Experience working within an Early Years or Primary setting
• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• A nurturing and patient approach to supporting young learners
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Confidence in supporting children of all abilities, including those with additional needs
• A proactive and flexible attitude
