About the role:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children within the Early Years setting
• Working with small groups to support learning and development
• Assisting with phonics, play-based learning, and early development activities
• Supporting personal care where required
• Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for young learners

The ideal applicant will have:

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
• Experience working with nursery-aged children (school or nursery setting)
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• A genuine passion for supporting early childhood development
• Creativity and enthusiasm to engage and inspire young learners
