Policy development & review
Engage Education’s policies are established by our senior leadership team, which includes our CEO, CTO, Managing Director, Head of Education & Safeguarding and Head of Marketing, based on advice from HR professionals, industry best practices and legal advice, and in consultation with our Head of HR, HR advisory consultants and the REC.
