Are you a a recent graduate looking to secure a full-time school based support role for KS3 & KS4 students with complex behavioural needs?
Engage Education are working with multiple secondary schools across the north of Manchester who are eager to find fantastic Student Progress Mentors able to provide dedicated 1:1 & small group academic and behavioural support for students across their KS3 & KS4 department.

Student Progress Mentor – Role Information:
- Conducting tailored 1:1 & small group support for KS3 & KS4 students
- Supporting students outside of classroom setting – Based in school
- Monitoring student progression throughout the academic year
- Building and sustaining strong rapports with students throughout academic year
- Located in one Manchester secondary school for full academic year
Student Progress Mentor – Benefits:
- Paid £94 per day during term time
- Monday to Friday role from September 2026 to July 2027

Student Progress Mentor – What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2:2 UK or Ireland based degree
- Core Subject, Psychology, Humanities or Languages graduates desirable
- Previous experience tutoring, mentoring or volunteering with children
- Open to full-time work beginning September 2026
