We are recruiting an Apprentice Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive Secondary School in Farnham, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while completing a fully funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.

Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff, you’ll help students achieve their academic potential while developing the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom resources
  • Encourage students’ confidence, independence and personal development

Requirements

  • Commitment to completing an 11-month apprenticeship programme
  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C/4 or above preferred
  • Eligible to undertake an apprenticeship and not currently enrolled on another government-funded course
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong interpersonal skills
