We are working with a number of diverse and high-achieving secondary schools in Tower Hamlets seeking an enthusiastic and committed English Teacher for a September start.
The Role:
- Teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available in some schools)
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet a range of abilities
- Support pupils in developing reading, writing, and analytical skills
- Monitor progress and use data to inform planning and interventions
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for English
- Ability to engage and motivate learners of all abilities
- Good behaviour management and classroom presence
