Engage Education are seeking enthusiastic and committed Primary Teaching Assistants to support a range of vibrant primary schools across Brighton. These roles offer a great chance to work in dynamic school settings while making a real difference to pupils’ education.

About the role
You will work alongside teachers to support learning across the classroom, helping pupils to stay engaged and reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Working with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning
• Supporting the delivery of lessons and classroom activities
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
• Assisting with classroom organisation and resources
• Supporting pupils’ confidence and wellbeing

Roles are available on both a full-time and part-time basis.

About you

• A genuine interest in working with children
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptable and able to work in different classroom environments
• Calm, patient, and supportive approach
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential
