SEND Teaching Assistant – Bank Staff

I am currently working with a lovely school in Boston Spa who are seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support their 3-19 pupils to start immediately.

About the role as a SEND Teaching Assistant:

The needs of the pupils they cater for range from:

• Hearing Impairment 
• Autism

We welcome applicants with a good understanding of working with students with Hearing Impairment & Autism.

You will ideally have experience in supporting children with special educational needs or will have a passion for working with students with special educational needs. Working with Theatre in Education (TIE) or workshops with children are beneficial. By being proactive and taking initiative, you are going to be able to build relationships with students and gain knowledge of a wide variety of needs.
