As a Senior Consultant at Engage Education, I specialise in providing recruitment solutions to primary schools within Kirklees. With over two and a half years of experience in recruitment, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to supporting local education. My passion for helping schools in my home area drive success and create positive outcomes for students is at the heart of everything I do.
Outside of my professional role, I serve as a local school governor, where I contribute to the strategic leadership and governance of a school in the Kirklees area. This position allows me to work closely with school leadership teams, ensuring that educational policies and practices are aligned with the needs of the community. The skills I’ve developed in governance, such as leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving, complement my work as a Senior Consultant, allowing me to offer unique insights and a deeper understanding of the challenges schools face.
