Drama Teacher – Secondary School (Haringey)
September 2026 – July 2027 (Full Academic Year)

I am currently working with a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Haringey that is seeking a creative and passionate Drama Teacher to join their team from September 2026 through to July 2027. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity, ideal for a qualified teacher who can inspire students through performance, creativity, and expression.

The school has a strong commitment to the arts and offers a supportive environment with opportunities for extracurricular involvement, including school productions and performances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential KS5 teaching depending on experience

• Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with departmental expectations

• Encourage creativity, confidence, and collaboration among students

• Support and contribute to extracurricular activities such as school productions and drama clubs

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

• Experience teaching Drama in a UK secondary school

• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the performing arts

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
