Exam Invigilator Required for Schools in Croydon. 

A number of welcoming and well-regarded schools in Croydon are currently seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support during upcoming exam periods. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are organised, attentive, and committed to maintaining a calm and secure exam environment.

About the role

This is a flexible role where you will be responsible for ensuring examinations run smoothly and in line with JCQ regulations. You will help set up exam rooms, supervise students during exams, and ensure all procedures are followed correctly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing exam rooms and distributing materials
• Supervising students and maintaining exam conditions
• Ensuring compliance with exam regulations at all times
• Responding to queries and managing any issues professionally
• Collecting and securely returning exam papers

Schools are looking for individuals who can remain vigilant, professional, and calm under pressure while supporting students to perform at their best.

The ideal candidate

• Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator or working in a school setting (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Confident managing groups of students and maintaining a quiet environment
