Supply Teachers (Primary Schools & ECTs Welcome)

We’ve built an excellent reputation and strong partnerships with primary schools across the local area, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our growing team in Halifax and surrounding areas

About the role

Whether you’re an experienced primary teacher or an ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience, supply teaching is a fantastic way to develop your skills while enjoying flexibility.

We are recruiting teachers to work on a day-to-day supply basis, covering both planned and unplanned absences in local primary schools. Assignments can often arise at short notice, giving you the opportunity to work around your lifestyle. For suitable candidates, we also offer Secure Guaranteed Pay contracts, meaning you’ll still get paid even if we’re unable to secure work for you on a particular day.

What we’re looking for

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• ECTs are encouraged to apply
• A positive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• The ability to adapt quickly and follow school policies and procedures
• A passion for helping primary-aged children thrive
