The Role

• Supporting pupils across Key Stage 2 in the classroom
• Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
• Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND
• Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupil engagement
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents

• Experience working with children in a school, childcare or similar setting is desirable
