About the role:

At Engage Education, we’re currently recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to work across a range of friendly and supportive primary schools in West Molesey, Surrey.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, or for experienced TAs seeking flexible work. You’ll be supporting teachers in the classroom, working with small groups, and providing 1:1 support where needed.

The schools we work with have strong leadership teams and a focus on creating inclusive, engaging learning environments where all pupils can thrive.

If you’re proactive, reliable, and passionate about supporting children’s learning, we’d love to hear from you.

The ideal applicant will be:

• Experienced working with children in a school or similar setting
• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Confident supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
• Patient, adaptable, and able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Committed to supporting pupils’ academic and social development
