Part time Attendance Officer

Attendance Officer – Secondary School in Crawley

Engage Education are currently working with a secondary school in Crawley who are looking to appoint a part time Attendance Officer to support student attendance and engagement across the school.

About the role
You will play a key role in monitoring and improving student attendance, working closely with pastoral teams, parents, and external agencies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring daily attendance and following up absences
• Working with families to improve attendance levels
• Maintaining accurate attendance records
• Supporting safeguarding and pastoral teams
• Producing attendance reports and analysis

About you

• Previous experience in an admin or attendance-based role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident working with data and reporting systems
• Ability to build positive relationships with families
