We are recruiting Graduate Academic Mentors to support students from disadvantaged backgrounds in secondary schools across Islington.
Schools are seeking ambitious graduates who can provide academic support, raise aspirations, and help students achieve their full potential.
The Role
Working alongside teachers and pastoral teams, you will support students who require additional academic intervention and mentoring.
Responsibilities include:
• Delivering targeted academic support sessions
• Supporting GCSE and A-Level students
• Encouraging positive attitudes towards learning
• Monitoring student progress and engagement
• Acting as a positive role model for young people
