We are recruiting aspiring Teaching Assistants to join schools across Tower Hamlets through our fully funded Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain paid experience in a school while completing a nationally recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification worth over £7,000, fully funded through the apprenticeship programme.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you will:

• Support pupils in the classroom alongside experienced teachers
• Work with small groups and individual students
• Assist with interventions in literacy, numeracy and other subjects
• Help create a positive learning environment
• Support pupils with additional learning needs
• Develop the skills and knowledge required to become a qualified Teaching Assistant

Who We’re Looking For

• Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, professional and committed candidates
• Individuals able to work full time, Monday to Friday
• Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential

Career Progression
Upon successful completion of the programme, candidates will achieve a nationally recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and may have the opportunity to progress towards becoming a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), opening doors to further responsibilities and career advancement within schools.
