Your Role
As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you will support pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping them to engage with learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.
You may work with children who have:
• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• ADHD
• Speech and Language Needs
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH)
• Learning Difficulties

• Have lived in the UK continuously for the last three years
• Be willing to complete written assessments as part of the recruitment process
• Be committed to completing the full 11-month apprenticeship programme
