Engage Education is offering a unique opportunity to join a Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Programme in partnership with primary schools across Tower Hamlets.

• The opportunity to progress onto a funded Level 4 qualification

• Structured training and ongoing support

• Valuable experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

• A pathway into teaching, pastoral support, educational psychology, and wider education careers

Your Role

As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you will support pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping them to engage with learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.

You may work with children who have:

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

• ADHD

• Speech and Language Needs

• Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH)

• Aspiring teachers

• Psychology graduates

• Youth workers and support workers
