This welcoming and nurturing setting is seeking a dedicated Complex Needs Support Worker who is patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting young children in their early development.

About the School

The Role

As a Complex Needs Support Worker, you will work closely with pupils across EYFS and KS1, providing both educational and emotional support throughout the school day. This role also includes supporting pupils with personal and intimate care needs, requiring a compassionate, respectful, and child-centred approach at all times.

The successful candidate will be adaptable, calm under pressure, and able to build trusting relationships with children who may present with sensory-led behaviours or communication barriers.
