We are working with an Outstanding secondary school in Farnham that is entering the second year of its highly successful Teaching Assistant apprenticeship programme. Following an excellent first year and strong outcomes for their initial cohort, the school is now looking to recruit a new group of motivated apprentices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups across KS3 and KS4
  • Assist with literacy, numeracy, and targeted interventions
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain engagement
  • Support students’ emotional and social development
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom resources

Requirements

  • Commitment to the full 11-month apprenticeship
  • GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above) preferred
  • Not currently enrolled in another government-funded course
  • Willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS check
