Salary: MPS / UPS (dependent on experience)

A welcoming and ambitious primary school in Three Rivers is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join their team from September. This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils through a key stage in their education and prepare them for a successful transition to secondary school.

The Role

• Full class teacher responsibility for a Year 6 class
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Preparing pupils for SATs while maintaining a broad and balanced curriculum
• Assessing, monitoring and tracking pupil progress
• Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Working closely with colleagues, support staff and parents to support pupil achievement

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Upper KS2
• Strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum and assessment requirements
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Passionate about helping pupils achieve their full potential
• Committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
