We are recruiting enthusiastic individuals to join schools across Tower Hamlets through our fully funded Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Programme.

Gain paid classroom experience while completing a nationally recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification worth over £7,000, fully funded through the apprenticeship.

The Role

Working alongside experienced teachers, you will:

• Support pupils in lessons and small intervention groups
• Work one to one with children requiring additional support
• Help create an engaging learning environment
• Build confidence in children’s academic and social development
• Develop the skills needed to become a qualified Teaching Assistant

What You’ll Receive
