About the role

We are working with the school to recruit a teacher who can commit to the position for the entirety of the academic year (and beyond!), teaching both KS3 and KS4 French. This is a long-term position starting in September 2026.

The school is focused on providing the highest quality of education, and all members of staff are expected to strive for excellence in everything they do. The successful candidate will join a supportive and forward-thinking Modern Foreign Languages department that is committed to raising standards and encouraging a love of languages across the school.

About you

• QTS with a French specialism
• Experience teaching French at KS3 and KS4 in a secondary school
• Proven background of high pupil progress
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A real desire to make a positive difference to the pupils you work with
• Passionate about inspiring students to develop confidence in languages
