Food Technology Teacher Required for Secondary School in Bradford

We are working with a supportive and ambitious secondary school in the Bradford area, which is seeking a Food Technology Teacher to join the team from September on a full-time, temporary-to-permanent basis.
About the role
The successful applicant will be joining a welcoming and experienced Design & Technology department within a well-resourced secondary school. You will deliver engaging Food Technology lessons, inspiring students to develop practical cooking skills, nutritional knowledge, and creativity across Key Stages 3 and 4.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The school has a strong ethos, clear expectations, and is committed to supporting both staff and students to achieve their full potential.
About you
- A qualified teacher with a recognised teaching qualification (ECTs are encouraged to apply)
- Confident teaching Food Technology at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 to students of varying abilities
- Passionate about Food Technology and delivering engaging, practical lessons
- Able to think on your feet and adapt to new classroom environments
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive department
- Committed to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour
