Engage Education has partnered with 21 primary schools across Tower Hamlets to recruit the next generation of SEND Teaching Assistants through our fully funded Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Programme.
This is a unique opportunity to gain paid, hands-on classroom experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification worth over £7,000, at absolutely no cost to you.
What You’ll Receive
A paid role within a primary school from September 2026
Fully funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Opportunity to progress onto a Level 4 qualification for free
11-month structured training programme

Make a Difference Every Day
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will support children with additional needs to access learning, build confidence, and achieve their potential.
You may work with pupils who have:
• Autism (ASC)
• ADHD
• Speech and Language Needs
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH)
• Learning Difficulties
You will be supported by experienced teachers, SEND professionals, and dedicated mentors throughout your journey.
