At Engage, we’re looking to recruit ECT’s for roles in our client primary schools in Brighton. We are looking for full-time ECT’s to join their team.
Start Date :- June/July 2025 to gain experience and start full-time from September 2026
About the role:
To be considered you must be a strong-willed and confident Secondary ECT who has a record of ‘Good’ or better classroom practice and an understanding of the value of high expectations. You will be a Secondary ECT who can utilise superb communication and organisational skills to enhance your classroom practice, leading to fun and enjoyable lessons that will reach every pupil.
In this Secondary ECT position you will be teaching across KS3 and KS4 classes.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the creative and fun ethos of the school continues through your teaching.

• An Early Career Teacher
   
• Confidence in teaching Secondary, subject specific lessons to all abilities
   
• Good behaviour management skills
   
• Able to inspire and innovate in the classroom
   
• A passion for education
