A friendly and supportive primary school in Three Rivers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic practitioner to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school.

The Role

• Delivering lessons and providing whole-class cover when required
• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Leading targeted intervention groups to support pupil progress
• Working closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging learning activities
• Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND
• Promoting positive behaviour and helping to create an inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a recognised HLTA qualification or has equivalent experience
• Experience working within a primary school setting
• Confident leading whole-class learning and small group interventions
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Flexible, proactive and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential
