About the Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will work across different primary schools, covering planned and unplanned staff absences. This could include:

• Delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons
• Teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Following school policies and procedures
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Adapting quickly to different school environments and routines

Day-to-day, short-term and longer-term opportunities are available, with roles often available at short notice.

For suitable teachers, we can also offer Secure Guaranteed Pay contracts, giving you greater financial security even when we are unable to secure work for you.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a primary school
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• Enthusiasm and passion for working with children
• The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
