The Role

• Supporting children with play-based learning and daily activities
• Assisting with the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities
• Supporting children’s social, emotional and communication development
• Helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
• Working closely with nursery staff and parents to support each child’s progress
• Assisting with classroom organisation and daily routines

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working within a nursery, EYFS or childcare setting is desirable
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of safeguarding and child development
• A genuine passion for supporting early years education
